before starting construction you need a good map plan , a plan that fits for your requirement and for that you need  a professional consultancy on space utilization according to your requirement.
and  a 3d visulization of front elevation.

i have ask a professional for that and he charges me 10 rupee per sq foot.

MY SWEET HOME:


being human our very basic need is shelter and many of us struggle whole life for having dream home.
where we live with our love ones comfortably. where we feel most secure and ease...

now a day its getting harder luckily i manage a piece of 10 Marla land near manawan GT road and with couple of years savings to start construction.. and in Lahore constructing you own home is big challenge

2 number is more often you have to be smart enough to chose materials .. you need alot of bargin

you have to sit on direction seat for Mason or contractor ... they don't care its YOU going to live in that home. so be Alert on every step and compare options .. think and then rethink what you choose.

trust me there is always room of improvement in every step..

when i was bringing all piece together i thought huge differences in bargains and materials in term of quality and prices.. so i thought all valuable information should be share with community want to get into it ..

This is the only reason i start this blog .. i don't know how far i can go on this but i am aiming to complete this blog till my house is fully constructed.

I will post all the expense step by step and will try to post pictures too.
i am not having full finance and at this stage i am not sure hoe much i need to  furnish  my house. but again let see how far i can go ..

don't mind my grammar and spellings ... i don't mind too :) because i think delivering message is important not how proper and spelling and sentence.
